Have you checked out Chris Samnee and Mark Waid's Batman & Robin: Year One, by chance? Samnee's work really pulls me in, and has some spiritual overlap with Cooke (to my eye at least).
I love Samnee's work, especially his creator-owned one he did during the pandemic - Jonna and the Unpossible Monsters! But funnily enough, I haven't tried Year One yet, but it's on my list!
